Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of your order.

Fill out our returns form if it complies with following:

Returns or exchanges are only eligible if the shoes do not fit.
  • Change of color is applicable if the requested size is no longer in stock.
    Change of style, if and only if, size and color for exchange are both unavailable.

    Change of style should be of the same price.
    If lower price, difference will be forfeited.
    If higher price, difference will be paid by buyer.
  • Must be unused, in the same original condition and packaging.

Delivery fees to be incurred for the exchange will be shouldered by the buyer and must be settled prior shipping except for wrong item/s. 

Furthermore, the customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our warehouse and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.

Free shipping is valid only for the first original transaction.

Under no circumstances will Ezra be held responsible or liable in any way for damages due to transit, caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect size selection.

Please be advised that exchange requests for products that are used, show outsole marks or creases, were not identified as defective prior to delivery, or are beyond the designated period, may be declined at our discretion.

Merchandise sold as final sale with minor damage or scratch may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defect/damaged items.


Customers may send back the items/s within 7 days upon delivery for exchange or online store credit.

At this time we do not issue cash refunds regardless of payment method, incomplete payment, in case of delays (such as customer confirmation, same day booking, third party courier delivery, etc.) or customer's change of mind.
