3. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Manila: 1-2 business days
  • Provincial: 3-5 business days

Remote areas can take additional 1-3 delivery days.

4. Where to get shipping updates?
Tracking numbers will be sent via SMS or email after shipment. Shipping information will be updated from our courier's website within 24-48h.

     5. Unavailable to receive order?
    Customers can authorize someone to receive their package. Unclaimed packages after 3 attempts, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Furthermore, the customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our warehouse and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.

    Free shipping is valid for the first original shipment only.

    6. Can I pick up my package on JRS/LBC branch?
    Message us for branch pick up requests. Packages must be claimed within 5 days upon arrival. Otherwise, the package will be redirected to our warehouse. Please be guided that free shipping is valid for the first original shipment only.

    7. Do you allow returns and exchanges?
    We allow returns and exchanges for unused pairs in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.
    Just fill out our returns form.
