Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your pair, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We allow returns or exchanges only if the shoes do not fit.
  • In case you chose the wrong size, you may have it exchanged for the same item.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Non-returnable items: sale items, special orders, gift cards

Free shipping is valid only for the first original transaction.

The exchange will be shipped out once we receive return item and proof of payment for shipping fee.

Ezra is not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Merchandise sold as final sale with minor damage or scratch may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defect/damaged items.


At the moment, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method or change of mind. Kindly send back your order to us within 7 days of invoice date for exchange or online store credit.

No refunds in case of delays in response or shipments due to promos or sale events.
